To avoid being charged a late cancellation or no-show fee, appointment changes are required at least 24 hours before the appointment time.

As a courtesy, reminders are sent out via text 24 hours before your booking. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled after this timeframe, you will be charged 50% of the booked appointment's overall cost. In an occasion of a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the booked appointment's overall cost.

Credit card details will be required at the time of booking but will not be charged unless the aforementioned has occurred.

This is to protect our time which books up quickly, and the time you have set aside for yourself. In return, we promise to keep appointments on schedule, give you our undivided attention and offer you our best lash and brow work.

If you are late to an appointment, it will not be extended that amount of time. This is to avoid making the next client/s appointment late.

If you are more than 5 minutes late to a waxing or tinting appointment, this will be classified as a no-show, and your appointment must be rescheduled. We cannot provide a complete and precise treatment with limited time. You will be charged a 100% no show fee as per the no-show policy.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to a lash lift or cosmetic tattoo appointment, this will be classified as a no-show, and you must reschedule your appointment. We cannot provide a complete and precise treatment with limited time. You will be charged a 100% no show fee as per the no-show policy.

No refunds will be given on services or products for any given reason. You are paying for an artists time, products and other expenses used to provide you with a service.

If you are unhappy with a service, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If we can improve the service due to a fault in application or product, we will allow a complimentary 30-minute touch-up.

Any concerns addressed after 48 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.

Initial tattoo appointment payments can be taken in intervals, $350 on the day of your full appointment and $150 for your 6 to 8-week touch-up. This offered as an option to break up the payments and make the service more affordable.

On the odd occasion that a third touch up is needed, it will be an additional $100 payment.

If you do not come for the 6 to 8-week touch-up, where the strokes fade to less than 40% saturation, the treatment will need to be completely redone and another full payment will be required.
