Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that life happens—if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any fees.
As a courtesy, we’ll send you a reminder text 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur a 50% fee of the total service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service.
To secure your appointment, we require credit card details at the time of booking. Rest assured, your card will only be charged in the case of a late cancellation or no-show, as outlined above.
This policy helps us honour everyone’s time—including yours—and ensures we can continue offering dedicated, unrushed service and the highest quality lash and brow treatments.
Late Arrival Policy
To respect everyone’s time, appointments will not be extended due to late arrivals. This helps us stay on schedule and ensure every client receives the attention they deserve.
If you are more than 5 minutes late to a brow sculpt, lamination or lash lift appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to a cosmetic tattoo appointment, this will also be treated as a no-show and must be rebooked.
In both cases, a 100% no-show fee will apply, as we cannot deliver the quality and precision of service you deserve in a shortened timeframe.
We appreciate your understanding and commitment to arriving on time so we can continue offering our best work—every time.
Refund Policy
All services and products are non-refundable. Your payment covers not just the final result, but the time, expertise, and professional-grade products used to create it.
If you’re not completely happy with your service, please reach out to us within 48 hours of your appointment. We’ll happily assess the situation, and if the issue is due to an application or product fault, we’ll offer a complimentary 30-minute touch-up to make it right.
Any concerns raised after 48 hours, or if proper aftercare was not followed, will require a new appointment at the full service price.

Cosmetic Tattoo Policy
All cosmetic tattoo services include two essential sessions: the initial treatment and a 6-week touch-up.
The touch-up is a crucial part of the process—it perfects the shape, color, and overall finish of your brows once they’ve healed. To ensure you return for this second session, the cost of the touch-up is included in your initial treatment price.
For the best, long-lasting results, we strongly encourage booking your 6-week touch-up at the time of your first appointment.
In rare cases, a third session may be required if the desired results haven’t been fully achieved. If this applies to you, it will be clearly discussed during your 6-week touch-up, once we’ve had a chance to see how your skin retains the pigment. In this case, an additional fee of $150 will apply.
Please note: If you miss your 6–8 week touch-up and it’s been over 12 weeks since your initial appointment, the results will no longer qualify as a complimentary touch-up. At this point, the touch-up would fall under our 0–5 month pricing, with a $150 fee. This is simply because more time has passed, and the work required is closer to a maintenance session than a standard follow-up.
We encourage clients to attend their scheduled touch-up to maintain the best possible results and longevity of their cosmetic tattoo.
